Okay, I usually write critiques in a fashion where it would usually be in a sharp tongue, so brace yourself if ever I say somethings that are critical. I'll describe everything categorically.

Your Vision of the Picture is astonishing actually, based on what your aim that you want to depict is very clear on this picture. If not clarified well, it's about Riley's emotions and their eagerness to help by doing their jobs, and it's all for her sake, for her to be human.

Well, honestly I've never thought of an artpiece like this, and a common mind would probably take a lot of time to put this in their mental inventory before putting it into his/her actual craft. So yes, I perfect you for originality.

Now, I'm not a painter or a visual artist (I'm studying Art appreciation and I've stayed in DA for quite some time now to learn a bit about this type of art), but I know that this painting is not perfect, meaning there are some flaws or maybe there's something that's lacking. I noticed that there's something about her hair, it looks like it's been photoshopped and then there were a few lines drawn to disguise it. There's no outline on the hair, and notice how it doesn't blend very good with her jacket. The color of it looks unparalleled to the colors you used. The blend of the colors are pretty nice despite that, that's all I can say for this.

The Impact would've been significantly higher if it weren't for the core memory. If all emotions are involved in this, then why is the core memory yellow, doesn't that mean joy? True enough that Joy is dominant and the lead emotion of Riley but it seems that because of this the other 4 are outshined, that they're just there reaching out their hands. Also, if the memory is joyful, what is she happy about? If you notice the memory only displays a window, why is she happy about a window? Personally I would've colored the core memory white, because the memory can mean different things. Joy can mean she saw shooting stars, Sadness can mean a departure of someone out the window, Disgust could mean that she distates San Francisco even at night, Anger could mean an unjustified result of a fight outside, and Fear could mean simply because it's dark and she's terrified of the dark. Not only does it give life to the other 4 characters but it provides unlimited insights and opportunities for the viewer to imagine the possibilities of events, the "what ifs."

So your score would probably be 7.5/10 for me. Not perfect but a great picture nonetheless with some potential uncracked. Great job!! I hope to see you improve in the future.
